Today it´s hard to imagine industrial logistics without FIBCs.

They are increasingly used even for critical bulk materials which are strongly agglutinated and therefore difficult to discharge.

Sometimes even our usually very efficient rapping or fulling devices don´t help any further...

Very often bulk materials must be discharged from FIBCs in a dust-free manner for downstream dosage into one or several containers. Furthermore trial equipment or pilot plants often handle materials with various characteristics, supplied in FIBCs of different sizes.

A state-of-the-art FIBC discharge station should therefore meet the following requirements:
- FIBC discharge with almost no dust generation
- handling of FIBCs of various types and sizes
- supporting devices to assure a smooth material
  flow out of the FIBC
- suitable for operation at different places within
  the same building level

The mobile FIBC discharge systems BBE-300-M perfectly meet all these requirements and are therefore suitable for a multitude of applications.

Discharging BIG BAGs and dosing the material simultaneously - that is what we were asked to do when we developed this station.

In order to assure proper handling of toxic and badly flowing materials the station is equipped with several features.

This combination plant allows to empty both bags and BIG BAGs in a perfect way.

Using these packing types with suitable equipment offers the following advantages:

- dust-free feeding and emptying
- can be combined with empty BIG BAG compaction system
- pneumatic fulling device for viscid bulk materials

This discharge station for BIG BAGs was particularly tailored to the special requirements inside a narrow production hall. It allows to discharge BIG BAGs weighing up to 2.000 kg.

The BIG BAGs can be supplied either standing on a pallet or suspended in a frame structure. The single-pillar lifting device lifts up the BIG BAG and stretches it during the discharge process.

This combined FIBC discharge station is equipped with a super compact bag discharge station which is fully integrated into the FIBC discharge station.

Despite its compact design the FIBC connecting device including the discharge spout stretching device can be completely swung out of the station which allows easy cleaning.
