"Wyh raising superfluous dust?" was our leading idea when we developed the automatic high speed bag opening and discharging station type SEA 300/ SEA 600.

This station works with a special assembly group which is patented all over Europe. While the bags are passing the station, the unit opens them on three sides by a clean cut, however, without crushing them. The bags are hoisted upwards as a whole while the product is discharged downwards. Any pollution of the outer bag skin can thus be avoided as far as possible.

Therefore the quality of the valuable bulk goods is not affected and the material is not contaminated by bag residues. Afterwards the unfolded empty bags are transported overhead towards the end of the station while possible material redisues are discharged. This ensures an almost perfect product separation out of the bag with the lowest possible emission of dust. Due to the hinged arrangement of the cutter discs, bags of 300 to 600 mm width and 800 to 1200 mm length can be discharged without converting the machine. The empty bags are disposed in a srew compactor or other types of packer units.

Depending on type and equipment, the discharge capacity of this machine is up to 300 resp. up to 600 bags per hour.
