This discharge station for BIG BAGs was particularly tailored to the special requirements inside a narrow production hall. It allows to discharge BIG BAGs weighing up to 2.000 kg.

The BIG BAGs can be supplied either standing on a pallet or suspended in a frame structure. The single-pillar lifting device lifts up the BIG BAG and stretches it during the discharge process.

The BIG BAG support frame with integrated connection device for the bag discharge spout can be removed with effortless ease and be replaced by other modules. The unit is then ready to discharge bulk containers or bags. Benefit: Even with limited space available these units ensure a safe and efficient discharge of BIG BAGs and other containers.
